Enjoying One of Monica's Books ~ 2008

Monica W., a Seattle-area second grader, collected donations for Stop Exploitation Now! to distribute to orphans and children served by a street child outreach center in Cambodia. She collected vitamins, books, antibiotic ointment, marking pens, and other much-needed items.

Later, Monica wrote a report for school about her experience collecting supplies for children in Cambodia. In her report she wrote, "The world is my neighborhood. Many children in poor countries don't have enough basic things." She also stated, "I feel proud of myself for helping other people and kids who need basic supplies."
